Planning consent was granted in outline ref: B/22/0188 dated 4th August for the erection of five dwellings.

Matters reserved by the planning include access appearance layout and landscaping and also scale which is yet to be determined.

Planning consent is for a period of three years from the date of approval. The development will need to be started two years from the approval of reserved matters.

Floor levels need to be raised by 1m above the existing average ground level and a 1.8m wide footway will have to be constructed by the developer at the front of the site to extend the pavement.
